Refund policy
We offer a 7-day free return policy—you can submit a return request within 7 days of receiving the item. Return conditions: The item must be new, unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required (receipt/order screenshot).
Additional note: If the item is returned after 7 days of receipt and is not functionally defective, the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Approved return requests will receive a return label and detailed return instructions. Return requests without prior approval will not be processed.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately. We will assess and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Non-returnable items include: perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), customized/personalized items, personal care products (beauty products), hazardous materials, and flammable liquids/gases. Special Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold.
Exchanges
To exchange an item: Please return the original item first. Once the return is approved, please place a separate order for the new item.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the EU: You can cancel/return the item within 14 days without giving a reason. The item must meet the same return conditions (original condition, labels, packaging intact, proof of purchase provided).
Refunds
We will notify you of the refund approval result after receiving and inspecting your return.
Approved refunds will be automatically credited to your original payment account within 3-5 business days.
