I love it! It was very easy to install and completely self-explanatory. My wife loves it too. We're very happy with it and would definitely recommend it!

Really nice range hood overall. It feels well made, looks great in the kitchen, and has plenty of power. The speaker is probably the weakest part—the sound quality just isn't very good.

The voice control works, but you have to say the exact command it's programmed for. Even a slight variation in the wording won't work, which makes it feel a little clunky. I also wish it could connect to Alexa, but I can't really knock it for not having a feature it doesn't advertise. Overall, the hood itself is great and I'm happy with it.

My husband and I are in love with this good vent!
It works well, and is kind of fun to use.
Say "Hi Andy" and she will say "Hi, I am here". It is all voice activated or manual, you decide.
The hand wave option is a hit or miss, but I am okay with it.

We love our hood but need a chimney extension - Brano customer service is nonexistent so for 2 years our kitchen is still left un done - very sad 😩

Works amazing, a little more difficult to install then the directions, the directions were not very thorough but works well and looks nice

Love it and the best part is you can talk to it, her name is Andy. We bought it because our other hood was small and hardly had any light. This one lights up everything!

Excellent Range Hood. Elegant, good quality, made to last (All stainless steel), easy to use; and it work very well on our kitchen. We are so satisfied with that range hood that we bought another 3 more for our summer kitchen outside of the house.

We installed the BRANO 30 Inch Wall Mount Range Hood (Model TSR07B).
The installation instructions were easy to follow and came with detailed drawings. We love the look of the unit, value, and the touch control with voice activated feature (hands free). The four lights illuminates our stove area much better than our old range hood.

Tip - we calculated the distance between the stove top and bottom in the desired range (24" - 30") utilizing the distance from the chimney to ceiling. This saved us time!

We are very happy with this hood. Very well build, and 4 different fan settings with voice control. Never seen any range hood with voice control before, which is very cool. The extraction speed is very strong and remove any cooking smells quickly. We feel this is great add to any modern kitchen looking for a modern stainless steel hood.

We are very impressed with this range hood. One of the factors that led us to choose this unit was the fact that the surfaces and corners are all very forehead friendly. The sharp corners and edges of almost all the others available could only make us cringe. I should add that we are all relatively tall and have had experience bumping our heads while leaning over a stove. I should also mention that this unit fit our kitchen perfectly as it is made to hang from the wall, not be integrated into as set of cabinets. It also comes complete with flexible 6 inch tubing to connect to a through the ceiling duct. If you can, arrange for the 120v outlet to be covered by the duct cover. Otherwise you will have to cut a notch or hole in the cover.

Hood looks great, the fan is quiet on low, install was fairly simple, solid construction, airflow seems good, power level is good

This range hood has a perfect combination of design, elegance, and functionality. It's easy to install and operate. It was the perfect choice among all the options on the market. We are very satisfied.

Great purchase. The packaging was excellent and assured it arrived in perfect condition. The quality is superior on the main unit, and I was particularly impressed with heavy guage stainless that was used for the vent/chimney - where my incorrect expectation was that this would likely be a lower grade of steel.

Install: I want to point out for others that while it did come with an intake filter (which allows it to run in "ductless" mode) - that detail was not described in the manual/instructions (at least as far as I could find), so I panicked a bit at first, thinking I may have ended up with a a model that didn't allow ductless use... but all good after some web research. I also found that using the installation help videos at the Brano website were much more useful than the included paper documentation - but that could be that I'm simply more of a visual learner. In my case I had to physically cut down the vent/chimney portion since I mounted it on the higher side (30" above cooking surface), and while the vent length adjusts - the shortest adjustment was still too tall for my 8' ceiling. I used an angle grinder with a diamond blade to cut it to size, and it did take a bit of time/effort due to the heavier guage of the steel.

Use/Performance: I'll mention that personally, I'm not crazy about the voice controls as I find the voice a bit annoying (no points deducted since this is just a personal preference). No problem anyway, since I find the motion controls preferable and they still deliver hands-free operation - which is huge when you are either holding other things and/or have food prep messes on your hands. The fan power is stellar, and I'm very glad I found a model with such a high CFM compared to most others at this price point. At the highest setting it is incredibly powerful when you need it, but generally the lower settings work fine and using them keeps the noise level significantly lower. After using for a few weeks now, including heavy use during the holiday season - I have decided that I am going to change the ventilation method from ductless to using an exterior wall vent instead. This is not because of any particular shortcoming, but simply me accepting that using ductless mode on all the models I've owned has had limitations, since inevitably some smoke will recirculate into the room. It is installed on an exterior wall, so all that I will need is a few external parts to complete the change.

Last thing: I installed this at the same time as my new Cafe range, and a Wilprep stainless backspash that really finished things off nicely . While I still haven't completed the painting of the surrounding wall and other finishing touches - this new setup is getting me compliments from every friend who sees it for the first time, and the hood is a huge reason why (I previously had an over-stove microwave). The compliments definitely help me feel even better about a purchase. All in all, I am completely thrilled with this hood and can highly recommend it for quality, asthetics, and performance.

The voice operation isn't quite up to par. Also 900 CFM's on fan speed 4 isn't even close!

Totally happy with this range hood. Super easy to install- flat to the wall with a receptacle plug. It was not hard wire compatible. I already had a wall plug, so no problemo. It's actually a game changer for ladies like me who hot flash while cooking. This moves air like a perfect beast. Not super quiet but neither is a huffing puffing hot woman at the stove. I'm amused by the gesture control, as well as Hi Andy voice control. It's so simple but fabulous! I'm alone a lot so I like the idea of being able to scare the bejeezers outta somebody coming in on me just by commanding Andy- Light On! from all the way across the house. And that thing shines for me. Puts out plenty of light. The under panels are one clip removed and totally easy to clean. Huge plus for that. The control panel is high tech but so friendly even a tech challenged person like me can master it in about 30 seconds. Buy It! It's a blast.
