I've been using it for two weeks; the design is great, but there's hardly any suction power.

This is a beautiful range hood. It is well-designed, powerful and I love the voice command and hand gesture controls. We opted for a ductless installation. Although, it took us a little while to figure out, even with the instructions, once we did, it was a very easy installation. It fits perfectly in the space. No modifications necessary. Overall, we are very pleased with the look and all the features. It is certainly a very nice statement piece in the kitchen and looks way better than the microwave over the cook top. Extremely happy with this purchase so far.

We ordered on Jan 4th, but set up yesterday, the glasses parts are damaged, works fine, looks nice, I try to return, but think be a nice customer, the box is ready open, not big problem was!

Finally. After many delays we were able to finish our kitchen remodel. And the crown to top it all was our range hood. Compare to the old one this one has many advantages. 1 it is a lot quieter 2. It cover a much bigger area (less grease around) 3. It takes out the smoke much faster 4. My wife really likes Andy. All in all, I would recommend this product.

Overall the range hood is great. Powerful suction, easy to clean, great user interfaces, and bright elimination. Noice level is pretty low. Because of the voice and gesture interfaces, operating the hood is easy.
On installation, hanging from cabinet is easy due to the use of hanging screws like those used in installing some microwave. However it took me a while to apply the given template due to the fact that you most likely are going to place the template on the upper side of the cabinet bottom and you have to take into consideration of the thickness of the panel and that of your splash. If the screw holes are movable and you could reposition the hood against the splash or the wall after hanging the hood, it would make the installation a lot more easier and tolerant to where you place the template.

This range hood is beautiful. Everything we thought it would be. We needed to make it ductless and although it took a little while to figure out, even with the directions, once we did, it was quick and easy. It certainly is a statement piece in the kitchen. I love the voice activation feature as well. So glad we purchased it.

they've had it for half a year now, and they love it everyday, the voice control feature is great when you have your hands full. suction is adequate.

This is very good quality product. I am very satisfied with this range good. The suction is very strong and the voice command is quite impressive. The overall performance of the range hood is excellent. I totally recommend this product!

I purchased the fan to solve a big problem of having enough CFU’s to properly vent our stove. Major problem was solved for that I’m thankful. The over range microwave just could not vent fast enough so I bought a countertop as a compromise.
The voice activation is annoying so that is kind of gimmicky. It is much easier to push the buttons.
It has a wave feature that makes me look friendly to the range vent but one again gimmicky.
When installing the holes have to be perfectly aligned because the grommets will break if it not.
The unit gimmicks aside is nice looking, functional.
