No Wi-Fi or app is required. The voice control system operates completely offline. You simply speak the designated command phrases to turn the unit on/off, adjust speeds, or control the lights.
How exactly does the gesture control work?
There are motion sensors located on the front panel. You simply wave your hand horizontally from left to right to turn the hood on and increase the fan speed, and wave from right to left to decrease speed or turn it off. It’s ideal for when your hands are messy.
Is the touch screen easy to clean if I accidentally touch it with greasy fingers?
Yes, the digital touch panel is integrated into a flat, seamless glass surface. A quick wipe with a damp microfiber cloth and mild degreaser will instantly remove any fingerprints or grease.
What specific settings does the memory function save?
It saves your last used fan speed and light status. If you typically cook using the medium fan speed with the lights on, the hood will automatically start with those exact settings the next time you turn it on.
Will the memory function reset if there is a power outage?
If the unit loses power completely, it will reset to the factory default settings. However, as soon as you adjust the speed and turn it off normally, it will instantly memorize your new preference.
