What is the ideal installation height for a Brano range hood? +

For optimal performance, the hood should be installed between 24 to 30 inches above the cooktop. For gas ranges, we recommend 30 inches to ensure safety and maximum suction efficiency.

Why has the suction power of my hood decreased? +

Common causes include grease buildup in the stainless steel baffle filters or a blocked external vent. We recommend cleaning the filters every 2-4 weeks depending on your cooking frequency.

Where can I purchase genuine Brano replacement parts? +

How do I reset the Smart Voice Control or Gesture Sensor? +

To perform a system reset, disconnect the range hood from the power source for at least 10 minutes. This clears the control board memory and usually restores sensor responsiveness.

My range hood is making a vibrating noise. Is this normal? +

Abnormal vibration is usually caused by loose ducting or improper mounting. Check if the damper flaps are hitting the duct or if the hood is securely fastened to the wall studs.

Can I use my Brano hood in a ductless (recirculating) mode? +

Yes! Most Brano models support ductless installation. You can explore our Ductless Range Hood for compatible models. You will need to install charcoal filters to purify the air before it recirculates.

What information do I need to submit a warranty claim? +

You only need to provide your order number (from our website or other platforms) and the purchase date. A ​​serial number is not required. Please provide a video demonstrating the malfunction to expedite the process.

Are Brano baffle filters dishwasher safe? +

Yes, our stainless steel baffle filters are 100% dishwasher safe. We recommend using a low-temperature cycle to maintain the finish over time.

What does the limited warranty cover? +
