30-Day Risk-Free Return Policy
At Brano, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day free return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:
- Brand New & Uninstalled: The item must be unused, uninstalled, and free of any scratches or dents.
- Original Packaging: Must include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and mounting hardware.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
Shipping Costs
- Free Returns: For all eligible returns within the 30-day window, Brano will provide a pre-paid return shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping.
- Restocking Fee: No restocking fee will be charged for items returned in their original condition.
How to Start a Return
- Email Us: Contact our support team at support@branohome.com to initiate a return.
- Receive Label: If your return is accepted, we will send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Installed Items: Range hoods that have been installed, modified, or altered (e.g., cut power cords, drilled holes) cannot be returned unless confirmed defective by our technical team.
- Missing Accessories: Returns missing original parts (filters, manuals, screws) may be rejected or subject to a partial refund.
- Final Sale Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, verify your refund and make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@branohome.com.
